5 Nursing Job Resources

1.) usdepartmentoflabor/statistics-bls.gov/regions/new-York-new-jersey/news-release/nursesoccupationalwages_newyork.hmy

-This web site gives you information on how much the average nurse makes in your area. This is useful when looking at where could potentially make the most money and also the amount of job opening in that area.

2.) nursingworld.org/especiallyforYou/What-is-nursing

- This is the link to get to the American Nursing Association page where you can find just about anything on nursing. It Gives a good general outlook on the life of a nurse as well as how to get there through education and after education.

3.) explorehealthcareers.org/en/career/147/pediatric_nurse

- This is aimed more towards pediatric nursing as a specific field in nursing. I give information on working conditions as well as wages.

-This is also a good sire on the outlook for nursing jobs. It is always good to look at more then one point of view in a field. Especially medical field seeing as there is such a wide range of jobs.

5.) allnursingschools.com/nursing-career/article/pediatric-nursing/

-This is a article written about pediatric nursing as a whole. This by a nurse so it is always nice to get a option of someone who is hands on in the work field that you are looking at.
